一進房間一股煙味，和前台溝通後給我換了一間房2號樓離電梯很遠的一間房，剛換好沒多久又打電話過來説底下在裝修早上會吵到我讓我再換一間，第三間終於正常了離電梯近，也不吵。前台服務 態度都挺好的。房間還可以吧暖氣足，窗户需要一直開着通風，泡池不會每天消毒，需要通知阿姨來消毒。

我們一行11人，本應是帶着幾位6、7十歲的長輩來宜春享受一下美好的人生旅途，所以一路遊玩至温湯鎮後挑選了當地最貴的假日度假酒店，房費每間近800元，共訂了5間，讓長者家享受一番。沒想到這麼高檔收費的酒店在氣温28攝氏度的環境下不提供空調製冷，就這樣大家都在＂火焰山＂修煉了一個晚上，整晚都在擦汗、扇風無法入睡。翌日早上跟酒店交涉要求酒店恢復供冷，前台答應去處理，但到傍晚我們遊玩回來酒店後發現房間仍在酷熱之中，再度交涉才得知酒店衹恢復公區供冷，而房間仍沒有恢復，在我們再三要求後才派了技術人員到房間一間間地進行調整，用專業工具御開幾處電箱來進行調整，當時技師用紅外線測温槍測試了一下風口出來的風是28攝氏度的。然而最不可思議的還是經歷了諸多波折才恢復的供冷，居然到了凌晨又再關閉了，聯繫了前台卻解釋説讓給了早餐的餐廳使用，真的無語。就這樣一個本該出來享受生活的美好旅程，讓酒店給換成了磨鍊意志的修煉課程。如此高標準的收費與提供的服務完全脱節，一點都不匹配，完全跟不上我們在長沙租住價格便宜了一半的連鎖酒店。
